Wicked Fishing Charters with Cap'n Andy Jones takes us on an explosive fishing trip in Lake Pontchartrain where we fill a a large ice chest full of speckled trout in 1 1/2 hours! I make a Trout with Vanilla Beurre Blanc Crab Sauce. Only one word to describe it and that is "Delicious"!
