How's it going everyone, in this special request GameMaker Studio 2 tutorial we take a look at a very simple and basic way to save and load your games inside of GMS2. This is a bare-bones method that should work until you build a customized save and load system. With the method we are using today, you'll be able to add saving and loading in a matter of minutes. I talk about some bugs you will encounter using this built in method of saving and loading, as well as some tips and trick you can use along the way. I talk for a minute about some help file topics you can research to learn more about saving, loading, and the file system. I hope this tutorial proves to be useful, and as always, thanks for watching! :)
