Losing a fin won’t stop a zebrafish – it can just grow a new one. Duke scientists have created a new imaging technique that lets them watch, cell by cell, how injured zebrafish regrow fins. They hope their research, part of Duke’s Regeneration Next Initiative (https://sites.duke.edu/regenerationnext/ ), will reveal new ways to treat injured human limbs.
