Hi hunnies!
This is EVERYTHING you need to know about my unprocessed, plant-based lifestyle. I do not count calories, track macros, or portion control. Everything else you need to know is summed up in that one sentence!

Like I said, I've been eating this way for years and LOVE IT! I'm sure people are wondering how often I'll eat something that's not fully unprocessed and SOS (sugar, oil, and salt) free. So here's the answer! Animal products: Never consume. Oil: Never consume. Sugar: On holidays. Salt: consume at restaurants & if someone is making the food for me Processed food: Pretty much the only processed food I'll consume on occasion is bread - HEHE. I make sure the ingredients are just flour, water, yeast, and salt. Additionally, on holidays I'll bake some treats and have some vegan ice cream. NO OIL THOUGH! :)
