President Jacob Zuma has urged police to treat cases of violence against women and children with empathy, seriousness and urgency. He will launch the global 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children campaign in Lebowakgomo, Limpopo this morning. The country is still home to high levels of violence against its women and children, despite a world-renowned Constitution and laws that protects these section of the society.
