Intermittent Fasting as a lifestyle?

Is Intermittent fasting sustainable enough to be a lifestyle? Is it just to difficult to do for the rest of your life? What will you do if you have to go back to normal eating?

Many fitness guru's are yelling foul... They are claiming that you should not do Intermittent Fasting because it is a clear quick fix and that when you "go back" to normal all your weight will return. Im here to explain why that is not the case and why it may fix things quicker than normal but it is 100% sustainable.
