How to make a yeast sponge

Making your own bread often calls for 'sponging yeast' - or waking them up after they've been dried and made dormant. This is how you do it!

Always make sure your yeast mixture isn't too hot or too cold, or you'll kill the little guys and your bread won't rise. You want it just a little warmer than room temperature.
