Today we discuss filming with the RED Scarlett Dragon. Using a RED workflow, and the importance and value that RED cameras offer.

Many filmmakers, videographers, cinematographers and content creators are infatuated with RED digital cinema cameras. As they should be. These cameras are pricey, but they are worth every single penny. And the reason why isn't only because of the quality they put out, but a number of reasons. RED cameras give the filmmaker complete control. Not only on set but in post.

Recently I used a RED Scarlett Dragon to film a digital commercial for Old Navy. My DOP and crew were amazing to work with, as well as the great people from Old Navy and the talent for the this project Cat & Nat and their children.
