Prepare for athletic competition and training through movement with these dynamic warm up exercises. Watch as Ryan Carr and Jay Dyer, strength and conditioning coaches with MedStar Sports Medicine, lead you through five exercises to perform prior to competition. These include quad stretches, scoops, Frankenstein walks, "no calls," and left-right-middles.
