There are eight sections covering: standing forms, standing instruction, individual basics, "Circulation of the Primordial Qi" form demonstration, "Circulation of the Primordial Qi" form training, "Circulation of the Primordial Qi" form with no sound with which to practice, demonstration of the entire Liuhebaquan form and a scroll of the qualities of this system. The "Circulation of the Primordial Qi" form is their qi internal training method.
